Member’s Meeting Room

Our 2nd floor Member’s Meeting Room is perfect for team planning sessions, depositions, and small board meetings. This space seats 6-8, has a white board, and is equipped with a screen and video conferencing Owl.

Subject to availability, this room can be rented seven days a week!

Pricing

  • Small Organization (1-10 employees): $35/hr

  • Larger Organization (More than 10 employees): $45/hr



The Crow’s Nest

This third floor Crow’s Nest meeting room is perfect for large team or board meetings, all-day off-sites, and stakeholder listening sessions. This space seats 15-20, includes a full kitchenette, balcony, and presentation screen. (Video videoconferencing equipment available on demand.) This room is available Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. (Please click here to discuss after-hour rentals.)

Pricing

  • Small Organization (1-10 employees): $50/hr

  • Larger Organization (More than 10 employees): $60/hr


Please remember to factor any setup and clean up time into your reservation. Meeting rooms not left as they were found may be subject to a $25 cleaning fee.

Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
